Refund policy

In short: 14 days to change your mind, full refund, no questions asked.

14 days, no conditions

If Rituel Pro (€9.99, one-time payment) isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you have already activated your licence. No reason needed.

How to ask

• Reply to the « Ta clé Rituel Pro » licence email, or write to contact@joinrituel.com from the address used to buy;
• or, if you can't find that email, give the purchase date and the Stripe receipt number.

Who refunds

The publisher issues the refund itself, through Stripe, to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank (usually 5 to 10 business days).

After a refund

The refunded licence is no longer valid: Rituel goes back to the free version, and everything you created stays on your Mac.

After 14 days
