Your licence, even when you change Macs
Keep your licence key somewhere safe. One licence activates up to 3 Macs.
Moving to a new Mac
On the old Mac: Rituel → Pro → Remove this Mac from my licence. Connect to the internet to free its place. On the new Mac, paste your key and click Activate.
The old Mac is inaccessible
In Rituel → Pro, use Free all my Macs. This reset is limited to once every 30 days. Then reactivate the Macs you keep. It does not remotely revoke tokens already validated offline.
Lost your key
Search for “Ta clé Rituel Pro” (the email subject is in French) in the inbox used for your purchase. Otherwise email contact@joinrituel.com from that address with the purchase date or Stripe reference. Never send passwords or payment card details.
A commitment is still active
Releasing a licence does not end a commitment or erase your rituals and journal. Check its end date in Rituel → Commitment.
